Refund and cancellation policy

EmbedRace is a digital product that is available immediately after payment. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have completed fewer than 10 missions, or at any time in the access period if there is a technical fault we cannot fix. After 7 days, and after 10 or more missions are completed, we do not refund, because the content has been delivered. To ask, email us from your account email.

If a payment went through but you have no access

Access normally unlocks within a minute. If it does not, email support@embedrace.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment id shown on your receipt. We will fix it or refund you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Access ends on the date shown in your account.
