These terms apply to EmbedRace ("the Service"), provided by EmbedRace, a sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying access you agree to them.

1. Your account and licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own learning for the access period you paid for. Do not share your login, resell, copy, scrape, or republish the Service, its text, pictures or simulators. Your account may be used on up to 2 of your own devices. Delivered files contain an invisible mark identifying your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared or abused.

2. Payment

Price and access period are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full amount you pay at checkout.

3. Learning tool, no warranty

The simulators and example programs are simplified teaching material provided "as is", without warranty. Do not use them unchanged in products where a failure could hurt people or damage property. Test on your own hardware.

4. Third-party software

The downloadable examples are built against the open-source FreeRTOS kernel (MIT licence), which you download from its own source. FreeRTOS is a trademark of Amazon Web Services. We are not affiliated with it.

5. Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

6. Changes and ending

We may improve or change the Service. If we stop the Service during your paid period we will refund the unused part.

7. Governing law

Indian law applies, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
